SATURDAY, DEC. 5

Harbourfront Centre is hosting a celebration of all things SK8ing for families including free performances, films, activities and loads of fun.
COST: Free

Habitat for Humanity's Gingerbread Build takes place at The Delta Chelsea Hotel, with all proceeds going to help give Toronto families a Hand Up, not a Hand Out.
COST: $50 per kit (tax receipt can be issued upon request); reserve your shift time online

SUNDAY, DEC. 6

The Bata Shoe Museum's annual celebration of the Dutch Santa Claus, offers kids the chance to eat Dutch sweets, paint a wooden mini-clog, warm up with hot chocolate and meet Sinterklaas (at 2 o’clock).
COST: $14 per child (includes admission, clogs, cookies/hot chocolate, Sinterklaas’ treat), $12 per adult, Bata Shoe Museum members at half price; pre-registration is required.

The Young People’s holiday performance of a Christmas Carol will include stage actors, a jolly narrator, and music. Appropriate for children ages 5 to 12 (children under 2 years of age can not attend)
