As twins growing up in Timmins, Bridget and Brianna Yard ate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at least once a day. But one day when they were 4 years old, they shared a chocolate bar with peanuts in it and everything changed. Bridget's eyes swelled shut and her throat started to close.
